What is a coach?

As your coach, I will: 

  • Guide you in your personal and professional development

  • Help you discover your unique personal values and purpose

  • Support you in understanding your strengths and blind spots

  • Help you unfold your authentic leadership style

  • Hold you accountable for reaching your personal goals

  • Help you set clear goals, take action, and make better decisions

  • Identify self-limiting influences and beliefs and create new pathways for success

  • Challenge you and provide feedback on your progress

  • Assist you in co-creating actions and inquiries to work on in between sessions

As your coach, I will not:​

  • Diagnose or treat any mental disorder or medical disease​

​

My Coaching Philosophy:

What’s your role?

As a coaching client, your role is to:

  • Create the coaching agenda based on personally meaningful goals

  • Assume full responsibility for your own decisions and actions

  • Use the coaching process to promote possibility thinking and fresh perspectives

  • Engage big-picture thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Take the tools, concepts, models and principles provided by your coach and engage in effective forward actions
